Guides to Clean the side brush
1, Clean iRobot Roomba’s spinning side brush at least once in a week.
2, Remove the screw and set it at a safer place. To remove it, use a small screw driver or even a coin.
3, After you have done this, the brush will just pop. Remove the brush and ensure that there is no hair or debris stuck inside of it.
4, Removing the hair prevents damages which it can cause to this brush. At the least, minor clogs can cause the Roomba to use more energy to make the brush turn and therefore keeping the brush free of hair will be a great advantage to you.
5, If there is more debris or hair stuck inside the robot’s inner brush, you will have to apply force to loosen it. A great idea is to use a paper clip.

Tips and skills:
1.Change the replacement parts main brush , filter and side brush every 2~3 months. (depending usage frequency)
2.If the N79s side brushes bent due to shipping, recover them by simply soaking with warm water (about 75 ℃) for several minutes to recover. It will no affect to quality and performance.
How do replace your filter:
1.Take out the dirt bin.
2.Remove the filter on the dirt bin and throw it away.
3.Put a new filter into the dirt bin.
4.Put the dirt bin back into its slot on top of the robot.
How do replace your side brush :
1.Loosen the side brush with a coin or small screwdriver.
2.Remove the side brush, clean the side brush and the brush post, and reinstall the side brush.
How do replace your main brush :
1.Pull release tabs to remove brush guard.
2.Firmly grip old rolling.
3.Properly align end tabs of new rolling brush with slots to install.
4.Replace brush guard and push to snap into place.
