This is a 240V 50A turn-key control panel for powder coating oven. It allows you to run heating element up 12,000 watt. It includes both temperature control and timer counting features, so user can cure the parts in the oven at the set temperature over a certain amount of time. This will maximize the finishing quality and minimize your time, resources and effort spent on building a control box.
With the PID controller SYL-2352, the user can directly change the set temperature by using the up and down arrow keys. The timer JSL-74 has only a few parameters to set up; if door needs to be opened during a batch, one can uses pause or stop key pad to interrupt the timer. When the batch is finished, the coating process can be started again by pressing the reset button. When set temperature is reached, one can shut off one of the heaters to hold the temperature. The heater switches are connected to contactor coils. So once they are turned to OFF position, the heater outlet will be powered off completely by the contactor. Meanwhile, system performance is enhanced by SSR (Solid State Relay).
The sensor provided in this control panel is our TC-K3MM. It is suitable for low oven application and can handle up to 900 degree F. The probe is 4″ long and 1/8” (3.0 mm) diameter made of stainless steel with plated brass base.
