Suburban Manufacturing Suburban Co 5239A Water Heater Sw6De W/H 6 Gal Dsi/Elec

$247.56$353.65$406.7
Last update was on: Saturday, January 4, 2020

The best water heaters on the road today, Suburban’s line of water heaters includes high recovery gas, gas-electric and motor aid models with sizes and features to match the requirements of almost any RV. Heated water attacks all metals, but not porcelain. That’s why Suburban uses a porcelain-lined, steel water heater tank with an a node rod to “absorb” the electrolytical action – just like your water heater at home. In fact, when a Suburban porcelain-lined tank is properly maintained, tank life may double or triple its three-year limited warranty, saving owners the cost of premature replacement. In addition, every Suburban tank is pressure tested twice during the manufacturing process to ensure its integrity. Fast recovery means more hot water and fewer cool water cycles. Six gallon Suburban gas water heaters feature 12,000 BTUH input and a recovery rate of 10.2 gallons per hour – that’s the fastest in the industry.

Winterize RV, Motorhome, Boat, Camper, and Travel Trailer: Air Compressor Quick-Connect Plug To Male Garden Hose Faucet Blow Out Adapter with Valve (Lead-Free Brass)

$10.14$14.49$20
Last update was on: Saturday, January 4, 2020

Size:11.5 Inches Long

A quick and easy way to blow out the water lines of your RV, motorhome, camper, boat, and travel trailer. Winterizing is easy with this blow out adapter. Its 3/4″-11 NH hose threads easily connects to a standard garden hose. Its 1/4″ Industrial Interchange Quick-connect plug is the most common quick-connect fitting for air compressors in North America.

One end of the adapter has a male garden hose faucet/spigot/spout connection which screws directly to the city water inlet on your RV, motorhome, boat or travel trailer. The other end of the adapter has a quick-connect plug designed to connect to most air compressors. If your compressor does not have quick-connect coupler, you can easily remove the quick-connect plug with a wrench to get access to the 1/4″ male NPT (national pipe thread) connection, which is a very common connection. Your local hardware store should be able to help you find the proper adapter to connect the 1/4″ male NPT to your air compressor. The flexible hose allows the adapter to access tight spaces and minimizes stress on your piping and fittings.

We use food-grade vegetable oil and non-toxic plumber’s pipe dope only in the installation process. Most commercially available brass fittings contain up to 8% lead, but for your health and safety, the lead-free brass fittings in this item have been tested by a United States CPSC-Accepted Testing Lab and certified to contain less than 0.25% lead. The manufacturer, Vibrant Yard Company LLC, is a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business.

U.S. Solid Anode Rod- 9" Long Magnesium Anode Rod for Hot Water Heaters,3/4" NPT Thread Prevent Corrosion Within Your Water Heater, Sacrificial Anode Rod for Suburban Hot Water Heaters, a Product

$7.87$11.24$15.96
Last update was on: Saturday, January 4, 2020

Most water heater tanks are steel with a thin porcelain lining to protect the metal from corrosion. Since the lining eventually cracks, tanks have a second line of defense against rust, a long metal anode rod that attracts corrosive elements in the water. Water is naturally corrosive and becomes even more corrosive when it is heated. Protect your water heater from rust with the U.S. Solid Anode Rod, which is threaded to match all suburban model water heaters.
An anode rod also known in the industry as the “sacrificial lamb” is made of magnesium. Due to the position of magnesium to steel in the electromotive series of metals, the magnesium will corrode, producing an abundance of electrons which flow to the exposed steel surface and maintaining it in the electro-negative state. As current flow takes place, the anode rod reacts chemically to corrode at a rate faster than the steel inner tank. In less technical terms, the magnesium anode rod will corrode faster than the steel hot water tank. The anode rod corrodes faster than the steel in the tank, prolonging the life of your hot water heater.
